Our Scoring Philosophy

Kindness at work isn't a pass/fail test — it's a continuum, and every step forward matters.

Our scoring reflects a core belief: action matters more than perfection. Organizations that are doing kind things — even informally, even inconsistently — deserve to see that reflected in their score. You don't need a policy manual to be kind. You just need to be intentional, and as you create systems and structures to support it, it all gets easier.

That's why our model is built to celebrate momentum. If you're already taking care of your people in ways that feel natural, you'll see that in your results. And if you're ready to go further — to measure, systematize, and lead — the path from Silver to Gold to Platinum is clearly lit.

< 20% (0–47)

Bronze
20–44% (48–105)
